Q. Do you charge any additional fees if my contract is direct with my client?

A. No. Some other companies do make charges but we believe you should enjoy the maximum financial benefits for your hard work.

Q. What are your fees?

A. For salaries between £50,000 to £100,000 at 4% of gross earnings, our fees are among the lowest in the business. And if you're earning over £100,000 our fees are even lower at only 3%. For salaries between £25,000 to £50,000 our fees are 5%.

Q. Will I need a medical to be covered by your insurance products?

A. No. We have made a point of ensuring that our members do no more than answer a few minor questions regarding their health.

Q. I have had long term serious health problems in the past. Will I still be covered?

A. In extreme circumstances, you may not be covered under our normal terms. However, we would negotiate with our Insurance Company a separate cover that we will consider paying on your behalf.

Q. What if I decide to leave the scheme?

A. No problem, all you have to do is tell us. We'll collect all your monies owing and make a final payment to your bank account. This will be done with no additional costs or deductions. After you've left, we'll send the necessary P45 to you but you can rejoin us at any time.

Q. When will I receive the commissions for referrals?

A. To allow us to cover our initial set up and insurance costs, payments are issued once your referral has been with us for a minimum of 3 months.

Q. Do I need to submit receipts for my expenses?

A. Everything but the mileage although a log of your journeys should be maintained for inspection at any time.
